Plastic Injection Molding Process Technician

Must have effective start up and process injection molding experience. Experience with Husky/ Nissei plastic-injection molding machines a definite plus. Willing to train on specific equipment but a mechanical aptitude a must.
Job Purpose:
Oversee Husky / Nissei injection molding machines.
Duties:
- Set up and maintain safe and efficient injection molding production processes
- Locates sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation; listening for problems; using precision measuring and testing instruments.
- Maintains continuity among production workers by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Contributes to team effort by working with shift supervision and accomplishing related results as needed.
Skills/Qualifications:
Injection molding experience, Basic Safety, Attention to Detail, Flexibility, Productivity, Teamwork
